Invisalign® for Teens in Aberdeen.
Clear, comfortable and removable aligners, with Invisalign for teens in Aberdeen.
As a Diamond Invisalign provider, Visage Orthodontics transforms hundreds of smiles a year. The custom-designed, virtually invisible, and completely removable aligners could be just what your teen is looking for on their journey to straighter teeth.
What is Invisalign® for teens?
Invisalign is a clear and discreet alternative to traditional braces, allowing teens to achieve a confident smile without visible brackets or wires. As a Diamond Invisalign provider, our specialist orthodontists use a series of custom-made clear aligners to gently and effectively straighten teeth.
With remote check-ins and Dental Monitoring, progress can be tracked from home, reducing the need for frequent visits while ensuring treatment stays on track. This means less time at the orthodontist and more time to enjoy being a teenager.

Why choose Invisalign® for your teen?
Here are some key reasons why parents and teens prefer Invisalign treatment:
- Discreet Appearance – Clear aligners are nearly invisible, allowing your teen to smile with confidence throughout treatment.
- Comfortable Fit – Custom-made from high-quality plastic, Invisalign aligners provide a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Removable & Convenient – Aligners can be taken out for meals, sports, and brushing, making daily life easier.
- Precision & Effective Results – Digital 3D scans allow us to create a tailored treatment plan and track progress with accuracy.
- Fewer Appointments – With Dental Monitoring and remote check-ins, treatment is more flexible and requires fewer in-person visits.

Invisalign FAQs.
How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to create your teen’s new, perfect smile. Firstly, our specialist orthodontists in Aberdeen will take some scans of their current teeth. The advanced 3D smile scanning software will then generate a model of how their teeth look. Once this is done, your dentist can create a plan of how each tooth should gradually be moved to give your teen the perfect smile.
Once both the dentist and the patient are happy, your teen’s treatment plan is sent to the Invisalign labs where they’ll create a series of aligners. Each set of aligners will be slightly closer to how we want your teen’s teeth to eventually look. As their teeth move into the position of one aligner, we’ll move them on to the next set and so on, until their new smile is created.
How invisible is Invisalign?
Invisalign is very much unnoticeable and almost invisible to the naked eye (unless you are really close up!)
How long will my teen need to wear Invisalign clear aligners per day?
It is recommended to wear Invisalign aligners for 20-22 hours per day. This gives plenty of time to remove them whilst eating and brushing/flossing your teeth. If your teen chooses to wear their aligners for less than this amount of time, then the treatment time may increase, and so a level of discipline is required!
What kind of corrections can Invisalign fix?
Invisalign can fix a wide variety of corrections, ranging from underbites all the way to gapped teeth.
Is Invisalign for teens painful?
Your teen may feel some slight discomfort in the first few days of wearing a new set of aligners. This is a good thing and a sign that the aligners are working to move their teeth into their new position. Patients describe this discomfort as a slight feeling of pressure and it should go away after a couple of days.
